Coleslaw salad



1 kg
500 g
250 ml
whipping cream
150 g
Edam cheese

butter for greasing

salt and pepper



  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them in the food-processor with the attachment for grating

  2. Pour cold water over and leave to rest for 5 minutes, then strain ● Put them in a saucepan, pour cream over them, add salt, pepper and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly ● Steam the broccoli in hot water ● Strain and leave to cool, chop to small pieces

  3. Grease a baking dish with butter and place a layer of potatoes in the bottom ● Place chopped broccoli on this layer, season with salt and pepper ● Place a layer of potatoes on top and sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese ● Roast for 35 minutes
